Prevent cluster downtime from noisy neighbors. This workflow polls the Google Cloud Monitoring (Stackdriver) API for Kubernetes Container metrics. If any pod's usage hits 90% of its requested limits, an alert with the pod name and namespace is sent to your operations Google Chat room.
